TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)-- The Tallahassee Police Department needs your help locating a man that has been missing since Monday.
According to police, 21 year old Samuel Price was last seen in the 900 block of E. Paul Russell Road.
He is believed to be wearing a black t-shirt and khakis. Price is described as a 6'3" black male with black hair and brown eyes.
