TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Tallahassee mayor Andrew Gillum wants residents to be safe this Halloween.
He'll be taking his three kids out Tuesday night and says children and parents need to be cautious. But that shouldn't keep residents from having a good time.
