TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The Leon County Sheriff's Office is searching for a man wanted for domestic battery by strangulation and multiple theft charges.
They are looking for Thomas Fulford, 40.
Fulford is wanted for domestic battery by strangulation, grand theft, petit theft, and violation of probation.
According to a complaint, Fulford was smoking meth when he got into an argument with the victim. The victim said he started blowing smoke in her face and when she threatened to call the police, he choked her until she passed out.
He then fled the scene, taking the victim's prescription pills with him.
The victim was hospitalized for her injuries.
