TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A jury finds a Tallahassee man not guilty of second degree murder the death of another man in 2015.

Michael Mason was facing charges in connection to the death of David Queen.

According to court documents, the men got into an argument before the shooting.

According to documents, Mason called police afterwards, telling him that he had just shot someone.

Tallahassee police officers arrived to find Queen in the parking lot of the plantations at Pine Lake Apartments suffering from a gun shot wound.

He later died at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.
