TALLAHASSEE, Fla.-- A Tallahassee man has been arrested for possession of over 40 counts of child pornography.
According to court documents, Google employees first became aware of child porn on Richard Humbert's computer when photos were uploaded to a Google Mail account in February.
Google then forwarded the information to to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, who obtained search warrants for the Gmail and Google Drive address.
That search uncovered an e-mail that Hubert apparently sent to himself, which contained 50 child porn images.
Richard Humbert was taken into custody by the Tallahassee Police Department on Tuesday April 26.
