TALLAHASSEE, FL. (WTXL)-- South Monroe Street is closed for this weekend causing people to find a new route.
The street is closing from apporximately 10 pm Saturday to 5 am Sunday to allow the building of a pedestrian bridge.
Traffic is to be detoured to South Adams Street. South Monroe Street between Oakland Avenue and FAMU WAY will also be closed starting at 10 pm.
