MOULTRIE, Ga. (WTXL)--A man is found dead sitting in his car in Moultrie.
The Georgia Bureau of Investigation Special Agent in Charge Steve Turner tells us 51-year-old Eddie James Harvey of Doerun was shot to death and in the driver's seat of the Cadillac DeVille parked in front of 319 2nd Street Northwest Tuesday night after 11.
They are investigating his death as murder. Harvey's body is being sent for an autopsy.
