WAKULLA COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - The Wakulla County Sheriff's Office thanked residents for helping to catch a man wanted for failing to notify law enforcement of a change of address.
Brian Keith Russell was the first person listed as part of the sheriff's new weekly feature on his Facebook page, Wakulla's Wanted Wednesday. The posted photo is several years old, the sheriff said, and Russell's appearance may be different now.
The sheriff said he received numerous tips via the WCSO tip line and Russell was apprehended Thursday night and brought to the Wakulla County Jail.
