Senate to vote Thursday on bipartisan deal that could reopen government, NYT reports

The government could be funded at least through Feb. 8 through a bipartisan deal reached by Senate leaders today, the New York Times is reporting.T he deal will be voted upon Thursday.

If passed, the temporary funding would mean the State of the Union address can proceed.
