TAYLOR COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Florida Highway Patrol reports on a car wreck between a car and a pedestrian on Sunday, August 20 at approximately 10:17 p.m.
Troopers say Kisha S. Hillhouse of Perry, Fla. was hit by unidentified driver on U.S. Hwy 221 at Shiloh Cemetery Road.
FHP says an unknown white Ford Fusion was traveling south on US Hwy 221. Hillhouse was traveling north on the southbound shoulder of the highway when she fell into or laid in the southbound travel lane.
The car struck Hillhouse with the left tires of the car.
The car failed to stop and left the scene. Charges are pending.
