VALDOSTA, GA -- Valdosta Police are investigating a shooting where one person was shot Sunday.
It happened near Fresno and North Forest Streets around 7:30 p.m.
According to police, one person was shot in the shoulder after a fight broke out in the area.
The person was taken to a nearby hospital, listed in stable condition.
No word on any suspects, but witnesses say several bystanders left the area before police arrived.
