WASHINGTON (AP) — The Obama administration is telling the nation's public schools that they must allow students to use bathrooms and locker rooms consistent with their chosen gender identity.
The departments of Education and Justice are releasing a directive today, reminding public schools that "There is no room in our schools for discrimination of any kind."
