YORK COUNTY, Va. (WTXL) — A driver in Virginia parked his car at Walmart, put an American flag on the ground, then set it on fire.
The department manager of the Walmart posted a Facebook video of the man and people immediately began to share it. Currently the post has over 2,000 shares.
The United States Supreme Court ruled that flag burning is a protected under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
