UNDATED - A family member says an American couple killed in last week's terror attacks in Brussels was saying goodbye to a relative when the bombs went off.
Justin and Stephanie Shults had just dropped off her mother at the Brussels airport and were watching her walk through security when the attack occurred.
The Shults were killed. President Barack Obama phoned the family to express his condolences.
