THOMASVILLE, Ga. (WTXL) - Todd Mobley defeated Don Sims to claim the Thomasville City Council at large seat.
Mobley took 1,290 votes over Sim's 917 on Tuesday.
Mobley says he wants to introduce a 10-year plan to resurface streets in the city.
