VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL)-- South Georgia Medical Center's medical records services, known as health information management release of information, is moving from the main campus to Smith Northview next month.
The hospital says by moving the service to the North Valdosta Road location, patients can have more privacy and easier access to medical records for insurance claims, and physician referrals.
Services at the new location start March 2. The office will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The release of information office can be reached at 229.433.8055.
