SUWANNEE CO., Fla., (WTXL) - A Suwannee County man is dead following a car accident.
It happened Wednesday afternoon just after 3:30p.m. on County Road 252 when a vehicle traveling westbound went slightly off the roadway and attempted to over-correct. That's when William Potts, 50, tried to avoid a collision, to no avail.
Potts was pronounced dead on scene.
The driver of the other vehicle is in critical condition at Shands Hospital.
