TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - One man has been traveling across the country and mowing lawns for those in need, and on Thursday he makes a stop in Tallahassee.

Rodney Smith is mowing his way across the United States, leaving a fresh cut lawn and joy for many.
Smith has been traveling the country helping out veterans, the elderly, single moms and the disabled since 2015.
Smith founded Raising Men Lawn Care Service.
The program works to keep the youth on a positive path while learning and understanding their value in society.
So far eight chapters have started to help manicure lawns for those who can't, and 150 kids have joined in the mission.
Smith already has a few lawns on his list for Thursday morning.
He'll be leaving for Jacksonville this evening.
