TAYLOR COUNTY, FL (WTXL) - A Thursday morning crash on U.S. 19 has left a driver facing minor injuries as well as charges.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, 53-year-old Timothy James Roach was at a paved median on U.S. 19 near County Road 361 (Beach Road) when he didn't see a car coming and drove in front of another car.
FHP says that the other car, driven by 56-year-old Thomas David Thomley, was hit by the front of Roach's car, causing the car to overturn on its right side.
Roach's car rotated several times before stopping, according to FHP.
The crash report says that Thomley was not hurt, while Roach only had minor injuries.
FHP says that Roach is facing a charge of failing to yield right-of-way.
