MADISON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - A man is being charged with DUI manslaughter after a two-vehicle accident killed a 59-year-old man in Madison County on Tuesday.
Randall Johnson, 51, of Okeechobee, Fla. is being charged with DUI manslaughter.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, the accident happened at about 5:03 a.m. on I-10 at mile marker 242.
FHP stated both the victim and Johnson were traveling east on I-10 in the outside lane, with the victim driving in front of Johnson.
FHP said Johnson hit the back of the victim's truck causing it to spin off the roadway.
According to FHP, the victim's truck then went into a ditch and overturned onto the driver's side, hitting a tree.
The victim hasn't been identified yet, pending next of kin notification.

Troopers arrived at the area at 5:26 a.m.
