TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A man who was one of three people arrested  for selling drugs at Speed's Grocery has been arrested again on drug charges.

Willie J. Hinson, 44, was arrested Monday by Tallahassee Police Department officers after a traffic stop and remained in the Leon County Detention Center on Wednesday on $32,000 bond.

The 12 drug counts Hinson faces include possessing cocaine, possessing a controlled substance without a prescription and possessing narcotic equipment.

Hinson was stopped by police patrolling in the area of Midyette Road and Capital Circle South East, TPD said in a news release Tuesday.

When they searched a backpack he had in the car, they found spice, hydrocodone pills, and marijuana inside.

Hinson was arrested earlier in January at Speed's Grocery along with Neha Patel and Andre Webb in response to what police say were complaints about drug sales received from community members.
