MADISON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) -  The Madison County Sheriff's Office is investigating the theft of three off road vehicles from Madison and Leon Counties.

MCSO found two motorcycles and an ATV on Aug. 28. Deputies have since confirmed that one of the motorcycles was reported stolen from Leon County and the ATV was reported stolen from Madison County in 2017.

MCSO states the owners of one of the motorcycles and the ATV have been identified and contacted.

MCSO says all three of the vehicles were spray painted black and the VIN numbers were intentionally defaced.

The other motorcycle that has not been identified by the owner, appeared to have originally been white and is believed to have been possibly stolen from Leon County as well.

MCSO is asking for the public's help in trying to find and return the motorcycle to the rightful owner.

If you have any information regarding the theft of these vehicles or the possible owner of the remaining motorcycle, please contact MCSO at 850-973-4152.
