Lowndes County GA.-- According to the Georgia Bureau of Information, an officer involved shooting happened at the Pilot Truck Stop at Exit 11, I-75 in Lowndes County on Tuesday.
Lowndes County Sheriff Chris Prine requested the GBI to investigate the Officer Involved Shooting involving Lowndes County Deputies. GBI investigators are on scene working the case now.
