WAKULLA COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) — Shell Point Beach and Mashes Sands Beach in Wakulla County are now open.
In a Facebook post, county commissioner Ralph Thomas announced the re-opening of the two beach, effective immediately.
Thomas commented further to "Park in designated parking spaces only, not in the right of way. Maintain safe distances and procedures as recommended by the CDC."
Shell Point Beach and Mashes Sands Beach closed March 23 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
