TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — The Tallahassee Police Department is investigating a shooting on Alpha Avenue that sent one person to the hospital.
TPD says the shooting happened Friday around 8:18 p.m. in the 400 block of East Alpha Avenue.
When officers arrived on scene, they found one person suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was immediately transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
This case has been assigned to investigators with TPD's Violent Crimes Unit.
