TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) — The Tallahassee Police Department is investigating after one person was seriously injured during an overnight shooting near Apalachee Parkway.
TPD says at approximately 1:16 a.m. on Monday, officers responded to a shooting near the 3500 block of Apalachee Parkway.
When officers arrived on scene, they learned that a juvenile victim had been transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
This case has been assigned to investigators with TPD's Violent Crimes Unit.
