A Tallahassee business is spreading kindness through comfort this week by supporting our troops.
It started after images went viral of national guardsmen sleeping on the ground while guarding lawmakers at the U.S. Capitol. Now, the owners of One Fresh Pillow in Tallahassee are hoping to make their stays a little better by mailing them travel pillows and sleep masks to use.
One Fresh Pillow Co-Founder Adrianne Kautz said she wanted to share her gratitude for what the troops are doing for our country
"We've been feeling pretty helpless and pretty afraid. Just having a lot of concern about what's been going on the past week and it feels good to actually be able to do something and support these men and women," said Kautz.
Kautz is sending 100 travel pillows, 30 regular pillows and 20 sleep masks in all.
