LEON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) — Leon County Schools Superintendent Rocky Hanna has officially filed for re-election.

Friday, he and his family went to the Supervisor of Elections office and filed the paperwork.

In a Facebook post, Hanna said he's proud of the work the school district has done the last three years but said his job isn't finished.

He said he'll keep working to improve the quality of education they provide for Leon County children.

So far, Hanna is the only one who has filed for this position.
