Authorities searching for suspects in armed robberies across South Georgia

COLQUITT COUNTY, Ga. (WTXL) — Deputies are warning residents after receiving reports about two armed suspects who have been robbing migrant workers and migrant camps in three local counties.

The Colquitt County Sheriff's offices says they've received several reports about attempted armed robberies involving migrant workers and migrants camps in Colquitt, Tift and Cook counties.

They say the suspects are described as two black males with slender builds and short hair twists.

During these armed robberies, deputies say the suspects were seen driving a green extended cab pick up truck and a black car. At this time, authorities are still working to obtain more information about the suspects and say they are working with surrounding counties as well.
