TALLAHASSEE, Fl.a (WTXL) — The Tallahassee Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred at approximately 12:30 p.m. on June 16 in the 1400 block of Hudson Street.
TPD received a call about shots being fired in the area and while officers were on scene they received word that a shooting victim had arrived at the hospital.
The victim’s injuries are considered non-life-threatening.
It's unclear if this shooting is connected to the alert sent out by FAMU PD earlier Tuesday.
This is an active investigation. Investigators ask anyone who may have witnessed the incident, but did not speak with an officer on scene, or anyone with information about the shooting to please call 850-891-4200.
