Local faith leaders meet to speak out on immigration policy

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Local faith leaders and child advocates spoke out on the immigration policy on Wednesday.

They say what happened is immoral and children shouldn't be separated from their families.

"We're about bringing families together not destroying families," said Reverend Dr. R.B. Holmes of Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. "The policy by Attorney General Session destroys families, anytime you can rip little children out of arms of mothers, that is unbiblical, it's inhumane, it's immoral, and it's insensitive."
