TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)--The Leon County Sheriff's Office wants you to take precautions when you get online to file your taxes.

They say keep tabs on your bank account. Make sure your passwords are secure and be creative with them. Use symbols and capital letters.

Also be careful about the games on the internet that ask you for your mother's maiden name and other personal information.

You can report fraud to the IRS here. You can also contact the Leon County Sheriff's Office.
