Leon County Leaders Meet to Discuss Moving Forward

TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Tallahassee Mayor Andrew Gillum sat down with county leaders Thursday morning to discuss how to move on after Hurricane Hermine. 

Gillum met with Leon County Sheriff Mike Wood along with County Chairman Bill Proctor. They discussed the importance of getting power back for the remaining residents in the county. 

Official also said they need to come up with a plan to help everyone bounce back and recover the food and resources lost during the power outages. There are still around 3,500 Leon County Residents without power.
