Leaders, citizens in Tallahasse offer suggestions for curbing crime

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - From drug dealing on college campuses, to assaults and shootings in our local streets, crime continues to be top of mind for families in our area.

Wtxl ABC 27's Ashley Richmond shows us how citizens and capital city leaders are coming up with ways to curb violence.

That feeling of violent crime creeping into our everyday lives is exactly what brought folks together for a town hall meeting at Tallahassee's Bethel Family Life Center on Monday night.

Dozens of city leaders and citizens had a lot to say about what the solutions to crime look like.
