TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)--When active, neighborhood watch programs can be successful. 

That's according to the Leon County Sheriff's Office. Lt. Grady Jordan says it's community driven and aimed reducing crime. 

You can learn how to recognize auto theft and a burglary in progress.
