SARASOTA, FL (WWSB) - The disturbing video of a shark being dragged behind a boat first popped up in July, and detectives now think they know where it was recorded.
The State Attorney's Office has confirmed that investigators think the incident may have happened in Hillsborough County. Officers with Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission are now working with Hillsborough County authorities to see what violations may have occurred.
FWC said that the men involved have been identified, but their names have not been released by investigators.
