PORT ORANGE, Fla. (AP) — Authorities say several students at a central Florida high school were sickened after they ate brownies laced with hash oil.
The Volusia County Sheriff's Office said in a news release that four students at Spruce Creek High School were taken to a hospital and several others went home after eating the brownies on Monday.
The brownies tested positive for THC, the principal ingredient in cannabis.
Sheriff's officials say the student who brought the laced brownies to school was being questioned.
