TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)-- Tallahassee police are teaming with the athletic league and Target to host Heroes & Helpers.
It's an event to help children from Leon County purchase holiday gifts for their families.
The programs helps foster strong community relationships by pairing up officers with children for the holidays.
The event starts at 6 p.m. on Wednesday.
