TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A new hangout spot is coming to Tallahassee's Frenchtown neighborhood.
WTXL ABC's Jada Williams was live Thursday morning at Southern Velvet Cafe.
Its owners say they want to hold on to what makes Frenchtown unique.
