FRANKLIN COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Franklin County deputies arrested a man wanted for two outstanding felony warrants in Polk County.
On Thursday, Timothy Dwayne Stauffacher was arrested after a concerned resident made a call to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office and reported a suspicious person hanging around the Oyster Road area of Apalachicola.
A deputy who arrived at the business found a backpack had been left behind belonging to the suspect. The backpack contained information about his work location.
Stauffacher is wanted for two outstanding felony warrants in Polk County for domestic battery on a mentally impaired person.
