VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL) - One food delivery service is moving into the Valdosta area and is expected to bring a good amount of job openings with it.
The company Waitr held a ribbon cutting ceremony Thursday to celebrate the launching of their food delivery service.
The company is currently in need of full-time and part-time drivers. Full-time drivers with Waitr will have access to medical benefits.
Right now, about a dozen restaurants in Valdosta have partnered with Waitr.
Whitney Savoie, Director of Marketing Development, is excited about the impacts this company will have on the city.
