THOMASVILLE, Ga. (WTXL) - Authorities are asking residents, businesses and visitors to help in the search of 70-year-old Deanna Shirey.

The Georgia Bureau of Investigation, Thomasville Police and Thomas County Sheriff’s Office say they are continuing to investigate the disappearance of Deanna Shirey from her Thomasville residence.

Now they are asking for everyone to help by reviewing any activity from Sunday, July 1 at 7 p.m. through Tuesday, July 3 at 8 a.m. that may be connected to Shirey.

They're requesting that people do the following things:

  • Search any property, access to property, bodies of water for any sign of Deanna Shirey.
  • Review any home surveillance systems, animal / trail cameras for any photos of Deanna Shirey, Robert Carter, II, his known associated vehicle or the Red Honda CRV - SUV that belongs to Deanna Shirey recovered last week in Tallahassee, Florida

They say any route(s) from Thomasville to Tallahassee would be of particular attention as well as any other routes through Thomas County. A comforter (shown below) is also believed to be missing from Shirey’s residence.

Lastly, authorities ask that observers note any known appearance of Robert Carter II's white Ford F-250 Pickup (Georgia Tag RCI 5853) during the listed times.

Carter was arrested on Sunday under a bridge off Highway 188.
