(WTXL) — Willie Taggart, who was fired by FSU in November, is reportedly finalizing an agreement with Florida Atlantic University to take over as head coach.
According to ESPN's Adam Rittenburg, FAU is putting the finishing touches on an agreement to hire Taggart as the university's head coach.

The news comes after Willie Taggart was fired by Florida State nine games into his second season.
Mike Norvell was named the new head coach at FSU on Sunday.
