TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - The State Fire Marshal is investigating after a fire caused $40,000 in damage to a building on Oxford Road.
The Tallahassee Fire Department said the fire happened on Oxford Road at 2:45 a.m. on Sunday.
The building was empty at the time of the fire and there were no injuries reported.
The cause is being investigated by the State of Florida Fire Marshal's Office, according to a TFD news release.
Leon County EMS, Tallahassee Police Department and City of Tallahassee Utilities were all on scene to assist.
