TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Florida A&M University's Homecoming Week has drawn out some of their most accomplished alumni including famous producer, Will Packer who will be showing his new movie ahead of schedule.
Will Packer, who's produced movies like Ride Along and Ride Along 2, Straight Outta Compton, and many more television shows and movies, will be promoting his new movie on Wednesday.
At 7 p.m. Packer's new movie This Christmas will be shown at the AMC Theaters in Tallahassee Mall. The screening comes nearly a month before the movie is set to debut across the nation.
The event will be hosted by E News reporter Terrance J and will include a discussion of the film afterward.
On Friday, organizers said that stars from the movie will attend events around FAMU's campus.
