TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - A Crawfordville man has been hospitalized in serious condition after crashing into a power pole Monday afternoon.
The Florida Highway Patrol says that the crash happened on around 3:24 p.m. on Crawfordville Highway.
They say that Matthew Eures, 35, was driving his 2004 Toyota 4Runner north on Crawfordville Highway when he traveled off the road and hit a power pole. Troopers say power lines were down on the southbound shoulder due to the crash.
Eures was transported to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital for serious injuries.
Troopers say charges are pending investigation.
