DECATUR COUNTY, Ga. (WTXL)--A pursuit began in Gadsden County after suspects went into a home, armed with a handgun, and attempted to kidnap someone.
That's what E-911 said happened when a Decatur County captain asked what led Gadsden County deputies to go after a red Pontiac Grand Am. Decatur County deputies assisted and responded to Country Club Road and Highway 309 South on Sunday morning. They used stop sticks to slow the car down.
The car ultimately stopped inside the city limits of Bainbridge. Four people were then taken into custody. Courtney Michelle McGraw and Michael Reginal Edwards are in the Gadsden County Jail. The Decatur County Sheriff's Office says the two others were released.
