Madison (WTXL)-- According to Florida Highway Patrol, a bicyclist has received minor injuries after colliding with a car on Highway 90 early Saturday morning.
The driver, Donna Yuleen Bryant, was attempting to pass a group of bicyclist when the accident occurred. The bicyclist, Kevin Enrique Jessurum, had struck the rear tire of another bicycle causing him to veer into traffic and hit the front tire of Bryant's vehicle.
After refusing to be transported to the hospital by EMS, a friend drove Jessurum to Madison Memorial Hospital to receive treatment for his injuries.
Bryant has been charged with careless driving.
