BAINBRIDGE, GA. (WTXL) - A local business goes up in flames after a fire breaks out on Water Street.
Bainbridge Public Safety were called to Custom Cabinets Tuesday around 9:30p.m. A passing motorist spotted fire and smoke pouring from the roof and doors and called 911.
BPS was on the scene and able to get the fire under control within minutes. A van was locked inside the building and suffered major damage.
Assistance was provided by Decatur County Fire & Rescue, Blackjack Fire & Rescue, and Climax Fire & Rescue. A van was locked inside the building and also suffered fire damage.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
