WAKULLA COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Authorities are looking for two people who ran off the road, caused damage and then drove away in Wakulla County.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, the first crash happened just before midnight Friday on Tickie Ridge Road in Crawfordville. Troopers say someone in a Chevy pickup truck was speeding and driving recklessly when they failed to make a turn and ran into a chain link fence.

The driver didn't stick around, but troopers say the white extended cab truck has a decal on the rear windshield that says "Gurdy" and the truck might have damage to the right rear corner.

A similar crash happened just after 7:00 p.m. Saturday night.

Troopers say someone in a Toyota Camry was driving east on US-98 when they ran off the road near Hamaknocker's Bar-B-Q and hit a utility pole. Troopers say the driver then started throwing beer bottles out of the car before taking off.

If you have any information about either crash or the people involved, call Florida Highway Patrol at (850) 245-7700.
